Dear PRE Families,
Our fall art fundraiser has begun and we would love your support! This past nine weeks we have been working so hard here in the art room creating masterpieces for this fundraiser. Over 60 products are available for you to purchase with your student’s masterpiece on them. Holidays are fast approaching and these will make great gifts! All proceeds will go directly into the art room for your student’s art supplies. Next week your student will bring home their Art to Remember flyer, so be on the lookout for it! If you have any questions about our fundraiser please contact Mrs. Hadley at Hadleyh@lake.k12.fl.us

Students may wear any type of school appropriate hat on Thursday November 14, for $1.
This fundraiser will benefit the Elementary Honor Society Club (NEHS).

Red Ribbon Week is a yearly event in October where students are encouraged to be Drug free. The 2024 theme was: Life is a Movie- Film Drug Free! We encouraged our Pine Ridge family to dress in popular movie themes such as Superheroes, Pirates, and Inside Out. It was wonderful seeing students and staff on campus participate and look their best in some amazing outfits! Thanks for helping make the Ridge a safe and fun place to learn!

There are planned parent training sessions with FLDRS and FND for the 2024-25 school year. Please see the images for the in-person trainings that FLDRS will be providing, which include embedded QR codes for parent registration. All training sessions for FND this school year will be conducted virtually, and the links for each training are provided below. Registration is not necessary for the virtual FND trainings.
The FLDRS trainings are designed to equip parents and families with strategies and resources to promote positive behaviors. Additionally, they will offer an overview of the components of an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and the discussions that typically occur during an IEP meeting. Parents will gain important terminology and insights necessary for creating a well-crafted, meaningful, and effective educational plan.
