Greetings Pine Ridge Families,
I am truly honored to serve as the principal of Pine Ridge Elementary! I live in beautiful Clermont with my husband and fellow educator, Scott, and our two sons, Rett and Emmett. I've had the opportunity to serve as a principal in Lake County for the past six years and I am so grateful to be part of the bear family.
I am a University of Florida graduate (Go, Gators!), and hold a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. I began my educational journey as a teacher of the gifted and have also taught various grade levels in the general and exceptional student education settings as well as served as a migrant advocate.
It is my sincere belief that all students can learn at high levels and I am committed to working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that all students who walk through PRE’s doors are afforded equity and access. It is my privilege to serve alongside the talented staff at Pine Ridge to build upon the school’s many successes as we create a collaborative culture dedicated to ensuring the success of each and every child.
